I'm Laurie. I have hair that makes Richard Simmon's hair looks good. I like giraffes and monkeys. I especially like monkeys. When I was born, my dad said I was either a boy or the ugliest girl alive. It's things like that that makes my self-esteem so high these days. I like a mixture of music from Tool to Weezer to Billie Holiday to Flock of Seagulls. I have an extreme love for the 80s that will never cease. I think I've seen The Breakfast Club about thirty eight times, even though I only like parts of it. Emilio Estevez is my boyfriend. I have a lawn gnome named Clyde. He's dear to my heart. Bruce Willis sings stalker songs to me at night. I watch TV a lot. I love movies to death. I hate the feeling, sound, word, thought of fleece. My nanny gave me a fleece sweater awhile ago. I like the smell of gasoline, freshly cut grass and chlorine. I like when my skin smells after I get out of the pool. I tend to bite my nails too much so my nails are gross and short and creepy. I can't stand having bumps in my hair. I have to have music. I cry during scenes like the ending of Revenge of the Nerds. Unpixelated Sims is funny, and kind of creepy. Laughing at drunk people makes for good times. Claire is my sex monkey. You just wish you were, too. I'm not on crack, although you'd think I was.

Going to Aimée's. Sleeping over. Going to see a movie. Hmm. I'll skip the quarry and *try* to go to the party. :\ Hard to tell. I'm slacking off on the blogs...o_O; Is that normal? Anyway, I've done all my school shopping. Dyed my hair and getting it thinned and trimmed before school starts, probably.
I can't wait for Civies Days! I bought lots of clothes and I want to show them off ^__^v
Candice, Aimée and I have Media English together. :D That will rule. Candice and I have English together. Hee hee. Back-to-back classes too.
My dad can never resist my little-girl-charm. XD We were sorta pissed off with each other but I asked him all pouty-eyed to drive me to Aimée's. We're leaving in less than an hour. I KICK. Heh, just joking. I SUCK AND THAT'S MY ONLY TALENT. Later.

Aight now. The registration day sucked. Sucked bad. Only because they cancelled out my second tech class and replaced it with grade ten art. I hate art because I suck suck suck suck at it! This royally pisses me off because I could've taken tech and been in Yukari's class, but I ran into a STUPID FRIGGING "conflict" with my sched. Mr. Supryka helped out a bit. I could've taken:
a) Grade twelve phys. ed ( yeah...I DON'T THINK SO! )
b) Grade ten business ( nuh-uh... )
So I'm screwed for that. Otherwise, ( so far that I've known ) I have two classes with Jen N., one with Aimée. None with Julia or Yukari. But, *other than that* my year rocks.

Teacher Advisor: 026 Lombardi ( again... eugh ); TAG Room: P3 ( again... eugh ); Locker: 256 ( frig...they moved me across the school...everyone's locker changed! )
Semester 1:
Period One - Peer Tutoring Unknown Teacher
Period Two - Communications Tech Ms. Tepylo ( annoying but nice )
Period Three - Religion Mrs. Pidduck ( horrid, ugly, fat, short and stupid )
Period Four - Math Ms. Mason ( oh hallejuah, the Math Queen from Hades )
Semester 2:
Period One - Law Ms. Mason ( once again...yay )
Period Two - English Advanced Unknown Teacher
Period Three - English Media Mr. Stuart ( I love him even though he was the strict one with Aimée, Meghan and I are our lack of attending class )
Period Four - Art Ms. Reed ( witchy, rude woman who I know I won't like...*PLEASE* let me be switched and saved! )
*sigh* But I got my friends, and I love most of my sched. so I know this year will rock. Oh wait, I just remembered: I *think think think* I may be peer-tutoring my brother's class ( grade nine english ). ^_^;; Peer Tutoring is basically my being a gofer girl-student. I help when it's needed, I photocopy, I hand out sheets, I supervise when teacher's away. All that lovahly jazz.

Yo yo yo. I've been making fansigns like crazy. Tomorrow, Yukari, Mommy, Brad and I are heading into the school at, like, 9 a.m. to get our course schedules, locker no. and all that jazz. I'm nervous..? I am not sure why. I love going back to school. Grade eleven will kiss all the other measly grades behind, although 10 seriously ruled. I'm requesting the locker beside Aimée's *if* Keith drops out. ^_^; I'm showing Brad around the school: the gym, the classrooms, all the :D ten corridors and shtuffs. The cafeteria, stage area, chapel, library, office, staff room. Whatevah.
I'm a peer tutoring the new freshman English class. Rock on. I hope I'm not in Brad's..that would be a tad awkward. Mommy and I went to go see "The Princess Diaries" today. It was your typical Disney cute film: fun, humorous and classically corny. All in all, an A-okay movie. Then, we shopped for a couple hours. I bought a nice gray sports bra from Wal-Mart ( woo! =D ) and a tight, plaid *AWESOME* shirt from Smart Set.
Tonight feels weird...my dad's in Hamilton, working. The house feels all empty and dark ._.;
