I'm Laurie. I have hair that makes Richard Simmon's hair looks good. I like giraffes and monkeys. I especially like monkeys. When I was born, my dad said I was either a boy or the ugliest girl alive. It's things like that that makes my self-esteem so high these days. I like a mixture of music from Tool to Weezer to Billie Holiday to Flock of Seagulls. I have an extreme love for the 80s that will never cease. I think I've seen The Breakfast Club about thirty eight times, even though I only like parts of it. Emilio Estevez is my boyfriend. I have a lawn gnome named Clyde. He's dear to my heart. Bruce Willis sings stalker songs to me at night. I watch TV a lot. I love movies to death. I hate the feeling, sound, word, thought of fleece. My nanny gave me a fleece sweater awhile ago. I like the smell of gasoline, freshly cut grass and chlorine. I like when my skin smells after I get out of the pool. I tend to bite my nails too much so my nails are gross and short and creepy. I can't stand having bumps in my hair. I have to have music. I cry during scenes like the ending of Revenge of the Nerds. Unpixelated Sims is funny, and kind of creepy. Laughing at drunk people makes for good times. Claire is my sex monkey. You just wish you were, too. I'm not on crack, although you'd think I was.

I'm listening to the Bohemian Rhapsody. The Cry was really nice, I really enjoyed it. I found a really hot guy with an Autopilot Off shirt and amazing glasses. I was in lust. Hee. And when this really upbeat wannabe country-jig song came on, he was dancing like an Irish leprechaun :D And he had this miniature mohawk thing. Rawr.

i'm watching "while you were out." and i don't like the girl. she had her makeup professionally done and she just sucks period. we're going to see the cry in half an hour. it's like a christian rock concert of a bunch of bands, for youths all over (they come from all over the world too) on the parliament hill. it's cool, i guess. i'm wearing my yellow hick shirt. hee.
first though, we're gonna see a double feature of imax films. one is on tigers, the other on the human body. uh huh. well, i have to go find a hairclip and brush my teeth and put on my eyeliner. wheee.

what's superfreaky is that i was reading julia's blog, after listening to weezer's 1994 blue album which has "say it aint so" (i LOVE the dear daddy part) and she talked about it! oh how i was thrilled.
and apparently, today we go see bif naked. i want to and all, but i have the biggest headache in the world. and i don't feel like getting dressed. and i'll be nagged about always being online here and being no fun and blah blah blah. it's like my cousins' anthem about me.
i didn't know that yellowcard did a cover on michelle branch's "everywhere." it's not half-bad. i'm kinda watching price is right. isn't bob barker like dead already? him and dick clark, man. they're like older than jesus :D
i don't mind that box car racer "i feel so" song but maybe i'm just stupid, but are they NOT blink 182? or something? i'm so confused. not like i really care, i'm just curious. drew carey is on home improvement. i love his big nerd glasses. hee. he's trying hard not to laugh in this scene.
oh, another superfreaky thing? julia's blog ALSO mentioned slick shoes. this reminded me of the goonies (which is like the bossest movie ever) and then i was going through aaron's cds and he's got like two of their albums. i was like "ahh! the slick shoes...and julia....and ahh!" it wasn't really like that.
i went to bed really early last night and got woken up like five times. it sucks sleeping on the floor sometimes. i get stepped on. i'm happy because julia and i have politics class together! we have to sit together!!% and be best friends and write on each other's hands and share cookie recipes and whisper conspiracy-ishly and have a jolly time sneaking snacks into class. WHEEE> unless mr. brisbois does a crappy alpha-seating. i hate that.
